CONSTRUCTION PLANNING
Construction planning is necessary to ensure a smooth transition from preconstruction to construction start-up. Gould Electric will develop detailed site logistics plans, project phasing, security requirements, a detailed safety plan and a quality program specific to the project. Construction planning as part of the preconstruction phase ser­vices will help to determine the most efficient utilization and protection of the project site.

SCHEDULE MANAGEMENT
Scheduling begins early in preconstruction and continues through the entire construction process. Gould Electric will provide regular monitoring of the schedule as construction progresses, identifying potential variances between scheduled and actual construction completion dates.

QUALITY IN CONSTRUCTION PROCESS
Working in collaboration with the project team, Gould Electric will implement a project-specific Quality Control plan during the preconstruction/design phase to establish the specific quality goals and objectives for each item of work from sub-grade High Voltage systems and structures through interior electrical systems and interior finishes.

REQUISITION CONTROLS (PAYMENT CONTROLS)
In conjunction with the GC’s project team and Project Inspectors, Gould Electric will review all billing requests from trade contractors for completeness, proper rates, and actual work performed vs. billed work, etc. and will not process or proceed with payment until the content is accurate and auditable.
